Art
has always been my passion in life, ever since I was
a little girl who liked to (and still do) spend my
time reading comic books and watching classic anime
series such as Saint Seiya, Sailormoon, Street
Fighter, and the list goes on. Even though I did not
think much of creating proper arts myself and spent
my time only doodling on the margins of my
notebooks, as soon as I found enlightenment on the
ways of digital painting... it is as if creating
illustrations is what gives me life itself.
I am
purely self-taught and started off by following the
styles of many great artists' out there and finally
developing my own. This I owe to my family who
provides me with constant feedback and to the
friends I make along the way who share the same
passion and for the honest and constructive
criticisms
they have given me.
I am
currently living in Brisbane, Australia, working as
a part-timer and freelance illustrator while
studying to finish my degree in science. I like to
use my spare time to play various video games and
reading many comic books to wind up and research
their amazing 2D/3D images at the same time.
My all time favorites are the Suikoden and Final
Fantasy series and the manga 'Reiko The Zombie Shop'
by Rei Mikamoto. In the future I hope to be able to
work more professionally in the digital art industry
and to reach my ultimate goal in becoming a game
character designer.
